Last Meal Conversion Project

This project will contain a few of my favorite recipes, including an appetizer, main course, and dessert. I will be converting the standard measurements of the ingredients in each recipe into metric measurements. This conversion into metric measurements relates back to our unit on measurement. In science, metric units are always used to maintain accuracy. 

Appetizer- Rosemary Salt & Vinegar Chips

Main Course- Broiled Salmon with Herb Mustard Glaze

Dessert- Banana Bread with Dark Chocolate
